As a distributor, is it my responsibility to ensure that an organization is licensed with the Office of Charitable Gaming?
Yes, licensed distributors are only allowed to sell gaming supplies to a licensed organization. It is the responsibility of the distributor to verify that an organization has a valid and current license with the Office before any gaming supplies are sold to that organization.
