As a manufacturer, is it my responsibility to ensure that a distributor is licensed with the Office of Charitable Gaming?
Yes, licensed manufacturers are only allowed to sell gaming supplies to a licensed distributor. It is the responsibility of the manufacturer to verify that a distributor has a valid and current license with the Office before any gaming supplies are sold to that distributor.
