Our Mission
Mission
The Office of Charitable Gaming works to ensure charitable gaming in Louisiana is conducted fairly, honestly, and in compliance with state law.
Our Role
Our role is to protect the public, prevent fraud, and make sure charitable organizations receive the full benefit of the games they operate.
We oversee bingo, raffles, pull-tabs, and other charitable games to ensure they are run properly and that funds raised support legitimate charitable causes.
Integrity and Accountability
The Office was created by the Louisiana Legislature to promote integrity, transparency, and accountability in charitable gaming across Louisiana.
Blair Modernization
The BLAIR (Bingo Licensing, Accounting, Inventory & Reporting) system is part of a broader effort to modernize and streamline the Office of Charitable Gaming’s licensing and reporting processes.
We are currently working to improve and modernize the BLAIR Portal to better serve our licensees and the public. We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this transition as we work to deliver a more reliable, secure, and user-friendly system.
New Blair Portal Features
- Secure access for multiple users with unique usernames and passwords.
- Individual login credentials for external, third-party preparers.
- A redesigned interface with improved navigation and usability.
- Online payments for license renewals, penalties, and fines.
Transition Information
We are currently working through final updates and testing to ensure the system is reliable and secure. We appreciate your patience as we complete this transition and prepare to launch the enhanced portal.
